Shipping policy
Typical production time runs 5 business days. Each piece is handmade to order.
Production time for some items, such as Raw Stone Jewelry, runs up to 2 weeks.
Once each order is finished, it is beautifully gift packaged and shipped.
Domestic shipping options:
USPS Parcel Select Ground (2-5 business days)
USPS Parcel Select Ground + Insurance (2-5 business days)
USPS Priority Mail (1- 3 business days)
FedEx Domestic Shipping (FedEx 2day and overnight, Saturday delivery not included)
- Priority Mail automatically provides insurance from the USPS for packages lost or damaged in transit up to a $100 value.
- USPS Parcel Select Ground + Insurance is also available for coverage up to $100. Reach out to us prior to ordering if you would like to insure for a larger amount and we will get a quote.
- By selecting free shipping or standard Parcel Select Ground Advantage your order will not be insured, and we cannot be held responsible for packages damaged or lost during transit.
RUSH Production Upgrade is available to purchase separately for $25.
Rushing production on your order allows it to be completed and shipped within 3 business days.
Simply add the item RUSH Production to your cart and we will take care of the rest.
Unfortunately, Patina and Raw Stone Jewelry cannot be rushed.
