Due to the custom, hand crafted nature of our pieces we do not accept cancellations. Upon ordering, they promptly enter production to be made to your specifications.
Most purchases can be exchanged for store credit only. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
Please include your name and order number with your return.

The customer is responsible for return shipping. We suggest returning your item via USPS Parcel Ground Select for the most economical shipping option. Please use a padded envelope, return the item in its original packaging.
Once we receive your original item back, we will reach out with an update.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include solid gold pieces and custom products (such as special orders, personalized items, or any of our Raw Stone Jewelry pieces). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and note your desired exchange when emailing us. Once the return is accepted, we will enter your exchange order into production.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your new order for exchange will be entered into production, or a code for store credit will be created and provided to you.
Returned Packages
If your package is returned to us and deemed non-deliverable by the USPS for an incorrect address, or any other reason that is not an error on our part, we will ask that you pay $6 to re-ship the package. Please carefully check your shipping address before submitting an order.
