While I love the earrings, ring and bracelet that I received, I noticed on the bracelet the personalized “h” doesn’t look like what it does in the picture. I attached a pic for reference. Kind of disappointing because I haven’t had it long and I’ve taken care of it.

Although it took awhile to get my ring with my babies birthstones, Amy at least updated me on the reason for delay. Given that thisbwas a custom build, it makes sense. I did have some issues when first received but reached out with my concerns and she was willing to give advice and help me out, doing everything in her power to ensure I was satisfied. That is excellent customer service which we dont see much of these days. Well done!
