My daughter loved the ring but thought it might be a bit big so I contacted Amy Waltz Designs about exchanging it. It was right after Christmas but they got back to me immediately and were most gracious and helpful. I was very pleasantly surprised that they were willing to exchange it willingly and made it very easy to do so. Happily in the end she decided it was indeed the correct size but we both really appreciated the wonderful customer service. The ring was beautifully made and had arrived promptly even in the pre-Christmas rush. You can order with confidence--I will be a repeat customer.
I have ordered a few things in the past and have loved them, however, i am very disappointed paying $80 for a ring that turned my finger green in the 1st hour of wearing it. I have other rings i ordered from your site and had no issue but with this one, i am extremely displeased.
