Absolutely love the silver ring. The way the tail sits up against the tendon (wearing on middle finget) prevents it from spinning around. And its little flat head is cute.
I didn't love the result of the first ring we received and had to order a second but they worked much closer with me the second time around to match my vision. I do think they could do a better job proofing before committing but I own some responsibility there too. While I ended up having to buy two rings to get one closer to what I wanted, they were much more attentive on the second swing, helping ensure we were on the same page. The customer service was so helpful and accommodating, even when I made a mistake in my description, adapting to my concerns and requests, seemingly going above and beyond to deliver a ring that met my expectations. I recommend that anyone considering a custom item such as this be very clear about your expectations and ask to see the stones chosen before committing to a purchase. I will likely make future purchases from Amy simply because of the human touch and kindness I received. The second ring had much prettier stones that were exactly what I'd hoped for.
My daughter wanted a ring with my husband’s and my birthstones and hers in it. She researched several companies and chose this one. The left one on the bottom is to be May’s birthstone which is an emerald. This stone looks more turquoise. When asked if this was correct I was told yes our artists picked a light stone. I’ve never seen an emerald this color. They basically said too bad you should have said you wanted a dark emerald. No where in the notes did it say I had to say I wanted a dark emerald. They will not take back or correct it only offered a 30% discount on another. They are too expensive to just discard one and pay again!!! Guess they don’t care. They are making money. I think someone screwed up and they are not owning up to it. Will absolutely NEVER use this company again!!!! I fell they should make it right or offer to refund me at least some money. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I first bought these in “gold” and when they arrived they looked more like brass. Within a few days they had oxidized to nearly brown and the company was kind enough to send me a prepaid shipping envelope to return them for credit. Instead I ordered them in silver but the color is still off, not pretty, shiny silver. They are very thin and look inexpensive and not brand new. I gave it three stars because I have other Amy Waltz pieces that I am proud to wear; this piece just doesn’t measure up
I’ve been buying and checking on their prices for months. They just hipped up the prices and give fake discounts to make it look like sales.
Some pieces are cute but not too durable for the prices.
